A Conference For Everyone - In Thoracic Surgery
Dear Colleagues and Young Aspirants,
It gives me great pleasure, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, to welcome you to the IACTS Thoracic CME 2025, being held in Kolkata from 14th to 16th November.
This academic meeting has been designed with a special focus on students and residents, who represent the future of thoracic sciences. Our program includes an array of interactive workshops — from VATS and Robotic Surgery to Lung Transplantation, Thoracic Endovascular Simulation, and Live-in-Box Surgery — each curated to provide hands-on learning and practical insights. Sessions at the Pulmo-Thoracic Interface further highlight the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration.
We hope this CME will serve not only as a platform for knowledge exchange but also as an inspiration for the next generation to embrace innovation, refine skills, and nurture the spirit of inquiry.
